Two Important Differences
with Catipult Methodology

Our system is simple and migrating is easy.

There are two major differences between Catipult and EOS methodology.

1. Catipult starts with you and not your business. By understanding and mapping your goals into something the business needs to support, you'll accomplish more with the business in less time while also crossing off those important personal objectives.

2. Catipult gives you focused-KPIs. These world-class KPIs are ones you're likely missing and they will make an impact on your business nonetheless. With this direction, all strategic planning focuses on how to achieve the metric. These are not the ones on your weekly scorecard.

How Can You Migrate?

Survey your rocks. Catipult will not allow any rocks (we actually have the concept of Action Items, which are more flexible), to exist without an attachment to a KPI (the reason for making the action item). Review the KPIs generated by the system and move the rocks you have under each related KPI. If you can't find a KPI for a rock, consider elminating the rock.

Move your VTO into Catipult. Catipult has spaces for your three-year outcome, mission, vision, values statements, and, of course, rocks. Simply move that information into Catipult and you'll be ready to go.

What About Your Weekly Scorecard?

Let's elevate your scorecard to world-class standards. Your EOS weekly scorecard focuses on lower-level KPIs, such as phone calls made or other activities that need to be accomplished. Catiput's weekly scorecard is flexible and has multiple levels. For Level One, you'll monitor the bigger picture's KPIs, like your concentration of revenue coming from one customer, while also having visibility of the other scorecards on your team.

Choose your focus. You and / or your implementer (we call our implementers, Rhythm Makers) can choose which KPIs are "focus" and need to appear in the weekly meetings for any given period of time.

How Do You Get Started?

Getting started is easy. The first step is to start your free trial. Once you have done that, you'll be asked to schedule an on-boarding call with one of our coaches. They'll walk you through the system and show you the KPIs it generated for your company and discuss any KPIs you already have for your company.

Next, you can either move your EOS work and existing KPIs into Catipult or work with one of our coaches. The process usually takes less than 2 hours in total.

We're here to support your journey. Catipult includes a robust "Catipult University," support bot and e-mail support, should you need it. Catipult University includes all the videos, training and even strategic thinking tools and exercises you need to evaluate your processes, team members and more throughout your journey.

Implementer or Self-Implementer?

Either way, we have the tool set. If you are self-implementing EOS with one of the solutions above, we have an upgrade option to the Foundation Level. This upgrade, which can happen after your free trial, gives you a lot of the tools our Catipult Coaches (Rhythm Makers) use when implementing Catipult for companies.

That said, using a Rhythm Maker is going to be the best experience for your journey. Because our system is so incredibly efficient, we can do more in less time than implementers of EOS. In many cases, this time saving also translates to real dollars saved for you.
