Millicent Brooks, PhD, has worked in nearly all sectors of the Global Business landscape. She has expertise throughout both value and supply chains in 24 global business sectors over the last 22 years.

My Coaching Style: I believe that we’re all human and have our own private dreams, hopes, to-do lists, and gaggles of people depending on us outside of the office – people who need us to be strong and whole. I believe that having a c-suite job does not mandate that we have a hated “daily grind”, or 79-hour work weeks, or being away from home more than we’re there.
