Mike Wolfgang is the founder of Spearpoint Coaching (a Catipult Affiliate Company). He has extensive experience helping businesses become world-class operations.

With a focus on software-driven and coach-supported KPI-based systems, they assist clients in achieving growth, increasing profitability, and reducing the stress of management. This ultimately leads to a healthier life for business owners, who can save significant amounts of time by cutting down management meeting times and increasing alignment across the entire company.

Their expertise also extends to business valuation, which is essential as $23 trillion is stored in businesses, and only the best-run companies will command the highest exit value against their competitors.

Prior to founding Spearpoint Coaching, Mike served as an EOS Implementer at EOS Worldwide, where he spent four years helping businesses clarify, simplify, and achieve their vision.

Mike has also held various leadership roles, including President/COO of Western Graphics and Vivid Print Solutions. During this time, he helped to shift company culture to focus specifically on client needs, resulting in 8% growth when the printing industry generally was contracting up to 20% post-recession.

Before entering the business world, Mike spent a decade in the US Marine Corps as a leader of Marines and a CH-53/VH-3D helicopter crew chief. Among Mike’s notable achievements is being selected by his peers to represent them as a Marine One Crewchief for President Bill Clinton.
