As a former Fortune 500® executive leader and current Executive Coach, Business Strategist, and LinkedIn Expert, I use the diversity and depth of my leadership experience to help leaders make better decisions and deliver better results, both personally and professionally.

Using the unique operating methodology I have coined as Making the Cut™, I work with leaders and their teams to get clear about mission, vision, purpose, success, and the role each plays in bringing that to life. My unique ability is to connect with others, help them reflect objectively, and confront challenges with courage, leading to positive results in business and at home.

Drawing from my twenty years working in Financial Planning and executive leadership, I’ve found that collaboration, care, and sincerity produce the best results when practiced in an environment of unconditional trust.
