BIOGRAPHY:

I started my first company in 2004, and boot-strapped it through my career at the time, working at my local state Senate as an IT Project Manager, transitioning into Management Consulting in 2013 before starting Unified Solutions Inc in 2017. Early on, I found a knack for being called in to lead and coach teams comprising of technical, senior managers and executive leadership teams by being the assertive mediator between leaders in large global, matrixed environments who were usually in need of practical, simple steps to mature communications and alignment to achieve new outcomes.

Since 2013, I’ve successfully helped to turnaround initiatives for 12 different private corporations, across half as many industries with experience working across and with all parts of a business, at multiple levels of decision influence up to the CEO and usually when a leadership team needs to stay organized by working on visible initiatives with several implementation partners. Focusing in on understanding, expressing, and building up the leadership competencies, then working to reduce complexity and confusion is what I’ve found to guarantee teams can go from good to great, so they could take on a strategic change without burning out.

This real-world experience combined with a coaching frame grounded in the value of looking at performance across one’s total wellbeing, has been one reason my business coaching clients have expressed feeling more energetic, clear, and better able to produce creative solutions, then act upon them to stay in front of market and workplace challenges.

I’ve coached over 50 different clients at over 20 companies, from the Top Fortune 100 like Amazon, LinkedIn, Gilead Sciences, to executive teams of high-growth startups after achieving early series funding. My aim is to stay inquisitive, collaborative, direct, and honest, so you can stay clear and resourceful to focus only on what matters most to you.
