Plans, billing and your launch price

The four plans

Three plans are priced; the fourth is quoted. All of them are the total cost of the platform — there is no second subscription to buy underneath.

Networks is the fourth, priced per active coach — see Networks and franchises.

Launch pricing

The prices above are launch prices. Sign up by 31 December 2026 and your price stays the same for as long as you stay subscribed. From 1 January 2027 the three priced plans are $499, $999 and $1,999 a month.

What clients pay

Nothing. On every plan, the companies you coach are never billed by Catipult and never see a price. You are the customer; they are your client.

That is also why there is no limit on the people inside a client company — a company with forty staff on your roster costs you no more than one with four.

How to pay today

Self-serve checkout is not live. Until it is, this is the whole process:

   Tell us which plan

   Email info@catipult.ai with the plan you want and the name to invoice. If you are not sure between Practice and Platform, say what your clients should see and we will tell you which one that is.

   We invoice you

   You get an invoice for the plan at your launch price, and your price is recorded from that date.

   Keep using the product meanwhile

   Nothing is gated behind payment while checkout is being built. You will not lose access, and no card is stored anywhere because there is nowhere to store one.

Networks and franchises

Networks is for a franchisor or a coaching network rather than a single coach: your methodology in the hands of every coach in the network, under your brand, on Practice or Platform across the whole group. It is priced per active coach and quoted, because no two networks are the same size.

It includes onboarding and training for your coaches. If you run a network, the conversation starts with a call rather than a sign-up form — book one from the pricing page.

Questions about an invoice

Anything to do with money — an invoice, a plan change, a price you were quoted, a charge you do not recognise — goes to info@catipult.ai. It reaches a person, not a queue.

If you were a Catipult customer on the old system and your subscription lapsed, include that in the message. Those subscriptions were billed outside this product and we have to look them up by hand.
