Steve Lover has been a business development coach since 2005, helping small business owners and CEOs improve profitability and efficiency. He has helped clients revamp sales departments, boost employee engagement through accountability, and streamline operations with stronger leadership. Before coaching, Steve worked as a corporate trainer, sales rep, and Rabbi. He is actively involved with a local rabbinical school and works with at-risk youth. Fluent in three languages and having lived in three countries, Steve and his wife of 40 years reside in a Detroit suburb. His proudest achievement is maintaining close communication with his children throughout their teenage years, even during disagreements.
