BIOGRAPHY:

Prior to launching Genuine Compass, I spent more than 25 years in a variety of roles that spanned from entry level to global executive leader within organizations whose size ranged from 15 to 160,000 employees. This experience has fostered the importance of leading with empathy for me. I authentically seek to understand what is at the root and strive to remain neutral when listening.

While I have coached and consulted in numerous industries, I have directly worked in the following: technology, manufacturing, banking, K-12 education, small business development, health care, food & agricultural, retail and technology.

As a coach, my objective is to provide a safe and courageous space for us to collaborate to achieve your goals. I enter engagements as a thought partner and seek to become a trusted advisor. If it feels right for the client, I like to incorporate mental fitness as another tool to support clients in the moment.
